A Special Charge

NAREB Reg 1 is committed to ensuring that predominantly African American and other minority communities are treated fairly in the development of land use and urban planning policies. Many NAREB Realtists live in the communities they serve, giving them a unique perspective and dedication.

We see it as our special obligation to preserve and restore these communities, where African American homebuyers and homeowners rely on their homes as their greatest asset—now and into the future.
